Herbal tea can be made by bringing cool filtered water to a boil and hereafter pour the boiled water over the selected herb in a none metal container and cover and for approximately 5 minutes. Steeping time can vary from herb to herb depending on the strength you want to accomplish. Covering time is important specially if used for medicinal purposes as the cover will stop valuable properties from evaporating. Strain the herbs out of the water when desires strength is reached.
